1. whats the safe oc volts for this

2. are these any good at oc'ing ? (i thought they would because off the 11x multi but cant even get it stable)

Got around 3.3-3.6 with most E4500 i had here last year, can't remember vcore for the life of me though, do remember more vcore didn't help some at all and they ran fairly hotter than i'd expect. (did about 10-11)

c1e is off and what is EIST ? and this chip seems crap so far cant get any oc it just crashes all the time and it the 1st time ive used this kind off bios so iam pretty lost :(

sorted its just core temp giving me fause readings i've just got it to boot at 2.2 stock speeds and its passed intel burn test does any one have any experiance with the rampage formula bios ?

EDIT: well just jinxed my self was copying some files and its crashed yet again starting to get really annoyed with it now
