E4500 - Silent/Passive CPU Cooler??

I need to get a good silent/passive CPU cooler to replace the stock Intel HSF as it's not doing the job. The E4500 is running at stock speeds in my Fileserver.

The board it's running on is a Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD mATX.

What should I be looking at?
