Right, so before the switcheroo, I had an E6550 running 425 x 7 for 3ghz

I've now got my E5200 running at 340 x 10 for 3.4Ghz

I don't seem to be having much luck getting any higher though.

Could anyone give some guidance on voltages to use?

The above is obviously not mine, but I currently have CPU voltage at 1.3v, memory at 2.1v, VTT FSB 1.3v, NB 1.25v, SB I/O at stock and SB Core 1.15

I don't actually know what they mean apart from the Vcore and Vdimm, so could anyone help a brotha out?

I'm well below whatever the fsb wall of my mobo is, seeing as I made 420 in the past, and the chip should be able to do up to it's rated 400 any way.

Also, what is spread spectrum, and should it be enabled?

3.4ghz is quite a good overclock, try more vcore through the chip, 1.3v is nothing :)

What temps you getting at full load?

In regards to spread spectrum, i have no idea, try googling it.

I thought 1.3+ was the limit for 45nm cpus?

Temps are a bit weird, coretemp is reporting 10º higher than realtemp and speedfan, but even then is topping out at 55º
