I have a Dell which has a an E5300 installed. Until recently all was fine and the system used the 13x200 when loaded and 6x200 when idle. I've not looked at this for a couple of months but currently CPUz 1.54 is now saying 12.5x200 at idle. Being a Dell (Vostro200) the BIOS does not contain options to tweak so i'm a little lost as to why this is occuring?
