E5300 temps

Is 53 (seems to be the average) degrees ok for E5300 at 3.12GHz?

I'm totally new to this stuff so bear with me.

Just added a zalman cnps9500 and used mx2 paste. Just wondering.

Edit - that's at full load under Prime95 btw sorry.

Full load isnt too bad, is the fan up at full or not? My E5200 didnt like much more than 3GHz, a really poor chip. Even if i pumped it up and got it to like 3.6ghz, still temps didnt go much past 60 load, these are quite cool chips.

Yeah 100% load for the last 20 minutes on prime95. I don't know how long to leave prime... Not got any problems.

It's stuck at 57 degrees for awhile now.
