I wouldn't know how to explain this to Google so thought I'd ask here

My E60 has adaptive lights, they turn with the wheel. Nice. That works fine, but, what I have notices has stopped working is this:

Before, when I either indicated left or right or turned the wheel past a certain degree of turn, the inner bulb would light up depending on which way I was turning. This has stopped working. No check messages and no bulb warnings.

Anyone got any ideas?

Actually, now that I think about it, there's lots of comments on various forums which suggests that they are monitored and throw a Cornering Light Failure if something goes wrong. Hmmmm......

Checked the bulbs, they are both fine :( Perhaps the recent visit to the dealer they uncoded it or something gay like that. Their dam probes!

as a retrofit sure, but surely if they fold from the factory they'll always fold (and you'll have the switch to fold them on the mirror module).
