[email protected] on a DS3?

Anybody got an E6300 @ 3.4 on a DS3 board? Was just wondering what vcore etc you're all running.. I can't seem to get it stable.
Not the same mobo but its the VDroop that did it for me, done the pencil Mod and got it stable.
Im on water (inc NB) but it was the droop that caused instability for me.
Is your ram unlinked btw

I'm using a Freezer 7 Pro with some Arctic Silver compound.. @ 3.11Ghz it's idling @ 45 and under load it just touches 57ish..

What's the pencil mod btw?

Its documented on here but i cant remember the link, its a mod that stops the VDroop on my mobo, moves it from a 2.8 stable mobo to a 3.4 stable mobo in my case.
Have a look at the mobo forum as im sure there is a thread on DS3's.
I believe that the cpu is capable of 3.4 or higher but the mobo (and nb cooling) is the deciding factor.

I have E6300 @ 3.4GHz and am also using the Freezer 7 Pro - max temp 54C using TAT.

I am not posting from that rig at the moment so don't know what the voltage is but I didn't set it manually - I just left voltage and memory settings on AUTO and raised the FSB to 7x486.

I am guessing that Cob is right - your RAM is probably the issue.

DS3 F4 bios
3.4GHz @ 1.35v
490*7
Geil ram 5-5-5-15 @ 2.1v

TT120 @ 54C load

I can get 515 out of it at same volts but its unstable  Even at 1.5v makes no difference.

I droped it back to 3.2GHz so I can run on stock volts :)
