Everyone keeps seeming to make threads on what the e6300 clocks to and volts and if its a bang on buck so i think we should post our clocks and a screenshot if yours if stable with the volts your using.

e6300 @ 3.15 (450x7) stock volts (1.328 in CPU-Z)

I only have mine at 400x7 atm on 1.28 volt i think have it under volted.

stock voltage for a 6300 is 1.325v

if you have a p5b you need to set the voltage to 1.365v to accomdate for the vdroop

yes can do upto about 3.1 ghz stable on stock on 4300 too the dodgy area is over that with 3.4 needing 1.5+ volts and tweaking
i am happy leaving mine at bang on 3.0 ghz loving the 20 minute encodes
on main concept.

speedfan is no good i'd be suprised if your not hitting
50c orthos full load on even the best air cooler.Only app i trust is tat.
