e6300 and memory

hi there i hope u can forgive me for my silly question but as im buying a E6300 i would like to find out what is the actual default memory speed core 2 duo runs at ddr2 6400? or ddr2 5300 pr ddr2 4200

also which motherboard should i choose i hear a lot of bad things on the ds3 thread about bios and memory ratios and fsb walls would the aus p5b deluxe be a better choice?

thanks for the reply ill be buying 2gb of the fancy crucial 10th anniversary stuff.

the only thing i cant decide between the ds3 and the p5b is the p5b apparantly unlocked multipliers now in the latest bios.

how does the ds3 fair with moving multipliers using a E6300?

and which if the two will hit the highest fsb?

i read a few reviews which said the ds3 crapped out at around 350 while the asus went up to around 450.

it will be flashed with the latest bios too.
