E6300 bottle neck?

Hi basically, I have advised my brother to buy an SSD and put windows 7 on it (he is a gamer and still has XP), He's got a E6300 and I overclocked it to 3.2GHz, would that be a bottle neck for his PC with an SSD?

his rig:
GTX 260
OCZ pc-6400 4GB
XP 32 bit
E6300 overclocked to 3.2GHz
Asus P5Q-Deluxe
OCZ stealthxtream 600watt

Not really, the graphics cards ability is about in line with what the CPU can cope with.
