So, with the E3600 and an Asrock 945G-DVI, firstly, what is the O/C potential, and secondly, which air cooler would you reccommend to realise this?
I've got some stock Dell Ram, 1GB, and a PNY 1GB stick too, both DDR2.

Many Thanks,
Jordan.

I wouldn't hold much hope of getting a decent overclock from that board and ram. The cheapest board which is good for overclocking (as far as I know) is the Gigabyte S3.

Also, what speed is your ram? If you want to hit speeds near 3GHz you'll need some PC6400 ram.

edit: you would probably get a mild overclock on the ASrock, and it is a very good stable board.
