E6300 overclocking guide

Hey, just received this cpu today along with the 965P S3 board. Could anyone link me a good overclocking guide for this combo since I can only manage to get 2.4ghz befor it refuses to post.

Edit: after some playing around (sensible playing ) I have achieved a stable 2.80ghz. How does this look? 50-55 degrees full load and 35-38 degrees idle, using stock heatsink.

Orthos ran happily for >6 hours.....I think that would classify it as stable

i think he was refering to me

yeah i know 5 mins isnt really enough to determine weather its stable or not, it was just to stress the CPU while i measured the temps.
