If your CPU-Z is right, your memory multiplier doesnt seem to be working, its showing FSB:DRAM at 1:1, with the memory running at 430(DDR2-860). Your ram is rated at 333mhz (DDR2-667).

Either use faster ram, or try much slacker settings, doubt very much you would get 3-5-5-15 with the memory that far over its rating.

Only PC8000 is 'guaranteed' to go past 400mhz .

If CPU-Z shows the DDR speed rather than the true clock speed on DDR2, then I apologize, but with older DDR1 memory it always shows the true speed IE 200mhz for DDR400 (PC3200)

dude it must be the board. If the mobo does not boot at any ram slot then it is faulty. Or you have applied aexcessive force somewhere on the mobo , loosen the screws a bit and try again

Thanks guys for all the feedback.

I have now sent the board back and they will hopefully get me a replacement and also find the same problems i found with it.

Hope the next motherboard actually works!
