You won't know what Vcore is necessary when overclocking till you actually get round to clocking the chip. That is so long as it's a chip that you're unfamiliar with, from a batch you are unfamiliar with. You're best waiting till you have installed the CPU.

Most of these CPU's run at varying voltages. I've known someone using an E6300 with a VID of 1.325V, while mine has a VID of 1.250V. Some have had 1.225V, for example. It varies.
