E6300 V Pentium IV

Just a few simple questions
I have a application that recommends a Pentium IV 3.0 GHz processor as you can see from sigi i have a allendale which is running at stock 2 X 1.86 GHz what i was wondering was how will the E6300 provide enough power to run the application without it crashing it has a higher FSB but as far as i understand both proccesors cant be used at once by the same application anyone like to set me on the straight and narrow i would be gratefull.

well the program is company of heroes but i was a little shocked at first that the recommended cpu was 3.0 ghz but i was unsure how the allendale would hold up if only one core was being used.

what about hosting a game? you can have up to 8 players (4V4) do you think i could do that or should i OC ive got a 6mb minimum internet connection so no porbs there.
