I'm no expert on your mobo, but on 1:1 you'd get 2.8Ghz without overclocking your RAM, with a RAM divider or O/C'ing your RAM, you'll probably get to 3Ghz easily enough

Providing you end up with a good E6300, that is! If you really want to overclock, be prepared to lap your CPU if temps aren't great.
