how can i keep the muliplyer at 7 as it keeps going down to six also how can i clock this to 3 ghz

Make sure speedstep is turned off, C1E I think in your BIOS

May sound silly but have you set multi to manual in the BIOS and not "auto".

i got mutiplier at 7 and fsb at 330 now what can i do the fsb wont go higher as it wont restart

You may well need to up the volts to the processor, make sure its set to manual, and only increase by a little, making sure it doesn't get too hot, I like to run between 20 and 30 minutes Orthos between increases to check its stable before an 8 hour test when I'm happy with the overclock

Going off your posts babasan, you need to do a bit of reading on the basics first m8.

In theory ye your gear should get you 3gig but you need to read up on how it all interacts to get you to 3.0+ and be stable.

For example, I'm running a 6300 same cooler same speed ram etc etc and manage 7 x 456 @ 3.2 nice and steady it's gone up to 3.4 but not stable enough for everyday use.

So get reading, no shortcuts

and you'll get it there in no time.

BTW not refusing advice or anything it's just better if you take in as much as you can ya self then ask specific questions and get specific answers back that will help you with things that your maybe struggling to understand how to implement.
