E6320 o/c

Hiya,
Does anyone have a rough idea what sorta speeds I should be looking at with the spec in my sig below?
Under load core temp show around 45ish degrees, At the moment the memory is running 100Mhz fast than spec with 5-5-5-18 timings.
What would people suggest as a happy normal use o/c speed?

Just got it to 3.18GHz with 1.328V showing on CPUz.
RAM is running at 910MHz now. Tried putting the FSB to 460MHz and it booted fine but failed the Intel Burn Test.
The chip is a B2 revision, can I get much more for day to day use? Has anyone had much experience with these chips?

Hey man, i have the same chip running at 3.29GHz. 7x 470 with 1.160v in Cpuz.

Mobo is a ageing Abit ip35p, load temps usualy about 50-53. Tbh ive not heavily tested it with intel Burn test etc but its game stable and is on almost 24/7 with no crashes.
