E6320 Overclocking Question

I'm new when it comes to OC'ing but I read up about it and had a go, I changed the FSB to 370MHz in the BIOS settings and kept the multiplier at 7 but when i go into CPU-Z it only says 6!
Can somebody help me, what am I doing wrong?

My Specs:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 6320
Motherboard: F-190HD - Updated the bios to the latest (June) version.
Graphics Card: 7800GTX

Could be 'Enhanced Intel Speed Step' (EIST) kicking in. Run a CPU intensive task and it should speed up.

ah ok thanks wayne, yeah i think i saw it going to 7 before when running something, just wanted to make sure i hadn't killed it already
