e6400 Build Help

Hey, Im new to OC but i have been reading different threads about builds.

Can someone please spec me a build with a e6400. It has to be around £400 without the case and PSU. I would like it to be vista capable and with a good motherboard so the processor can overclock to around 3 to 3.2Ghz

i see that asus m/b. is that going to be ok with vista - has anyone else tried it?
because i read on the internet that some people have problems with it

also this quote:

what about the asrock conroexfire? will that be good to overclock with
