Whats the max safe vcore for a E6400 under phase cooling? My mobo allows up to 1.7v, but I feel nervous going over 1.6v - 1.65v

Define safe? 1.6v isn't safe according to intel.
I have had my e6600 upto 1.65 on water so I reckon you would be 'safe' at that with phase. I am currently sitting happy at 1.55 24/7 for the past few months and have not had any problems. 1.7 is probs ok for a bit of benching but I wouldn't feel comfortable running that much through it 24/7 - even on phase. I have yet to see more than a couple of reports of conroes dying through excess vcore though - all a bit too early to tell.
