Well I thought this chip wasn't out yet but is available on another e-tailer I've just got off the phone with them

How long has it been available ? Anyone got one ?

They've been on pre-order with a certain e-tailer for a week, they've only come in stock today.

I've been watching their stock levels all week

I'm waiting to see if the E6300s fall by much also as this would make a great cheap stop-gap until quad core is reasonably priced (and useful).

The 6300's will not be falling by anything unless a retailer has loads in stock and needs to shift them.

The 6320 and 6420 are replacing the 6300 & 6400, and when the price drops come into effect you should be seeing the 6320 for £85+VAT and the E6420 for around £95-99 +VAT

Don't forget the E6600 is being cut too so it should be around £120-130+VAT

OCUK should have these in stock by now, I dunno why they are dragging their heels unless they don't want to commit to large numbers of CPU's until the price cuts hits the distro's.

*You can't forget the E6700 which should be less than £200 inc. VAT in less that 2 weeeks
