E6600 and pc4200 ram ?

I have just ordered the e6600 and board and I have 2gig of PC4200 ram and no intention of overclocking will this ram be ok ?....its same fsb of 266 so I take it its just 1:1 with pro then ??...i could be wrong so looking advice thanks.
