I have a thermaltake si-120 which i use on my Amd rig at the moment. I was wondering if it possible to use this heatsink on my my new conroe rig?

After having had a quick look around I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. It says it fits LGA775 and the socket itself has not changed for the move to C2D.

you need a lga775 conversion kit.

they do work on 775 cpu's and very well :D

i dont think ocuk sell the conversion kits anymore though :(

You will need the LGA775 RM adaptor to attach the SI-120 - I purchased one for my XP-90.
