I’ve recently installed an E6600 but CPU-Z reports my core speed as jumping between 2400Mhz and 1600Mhz constantly. I tried disabling EIST/Speed Step with no luck. Any ideas why this is happening? My motherboard is a Gigabyte P35 DQ6.
