e6600 mobo?

Asus P5W is probably the best overclocker for the E6600, everyone seems to get the DS3/DS4 boards with the lower chips E6300/6400, i just got the DS4 as for mine as aint clocking, stock does me. :)

The Asus P5W64 WS is usually the best and most stable overclocker for the E6600. Most top out around 450MHz. The Asus P5W DH is a nice board, especially now the cold boot issue has been fixed by bios. Mine topped out at around 425MHz. Other than that, the Badaxe 2 might be worth a look. It is super stable, but not user friendly for an overclocker. I had to mod my Badaxe 1 just to get the overclocking options to appear.

you lose a lot of performance with 965 boards once you clock past 400fsb also.

higher fsb doesn't always mean better performance.

there's also a new beta BIOS out for the abit AW9D which seems to be an improvement.
I've waited this long though that I'm probably going to wait a few more weeks & see how the IN9 32X-MAX turns out.

Or wait for the nVidia 650i SLI or Ultra chipsets - should clock like the 680i but cost less (less features).
