I was informed TAT does not work on abit boards, so i have just downloaded core temp as i heard this uses the same sensors TAT uses.
Anyway i have my E6600 OC @ 3.5 Ghz 389 x 9 and it is stable, i have a new Zalman CNPS9700LED cooler seated with AS5. My windows has been open most of the day and room temp is around 30 degrees, anyway i opened core temp and it is saying the temp of core 0 and core 1 are 36 degrees, i thought this about right for idle settings. However if i run orthos small fft's for a few minutes the max temp i get on both cores is about 45 degrees this still seems quite cool, or this might be normal, anyones temps similar to this?
