E6600 + P5P41C overlclock?

Ok so i got a new motherboard and the settings are different from before on my P5N-E-SLI.

I have these option:

Ai Overclocking [Manual]
Cpu Frequency [300] "was 266"
Dram Frequency [Auto] "should i change this?
PCI Express Frequency [Auto]
Memory Voltage [1.80000] "Corsair XMS2" http://www.corsair.com/twin2x4096-6400c5dhx.html
NB Voltage [Auto]
VTT Voltage [Auto]
SB 1.5v Voltage [1.5v]
Cpu Vcore [Auto]
Auto PSI [Enabled]

I have set the FSB to 300 and it booted up fine @ 2700MHz i tried 315 it wouldn't boot. "everything else in bios was left as is "auto ect" I didnt try between 300 - 315

Where do i take it from here? Which option should i adjust now?

Im still yet to find out where i can set the ram timings..... strange

PS - Testing OC on E6600 before i try and overclock a QXXXX when i grab one off MM

When I clocked my E6600 (Abit AW9D-MAX)

I had to set the DRAM spec to (1:1) to get it to clock reasonably
(3.1 to 3.2 Ghz - I was happy with this)

I have included a shot of the BIOS screen (if its any help)

just tested and 311fsb is my limit

how do i know what to set the dram frequency at?
