I was just about to try putting my FSB up a bit as my first test of very basic overclocking, but before i've even done anything i checked CPU-Z to get the stats and for some reason the core speed is only 1600mhz! The multiplier is down to 6 when it was 9 (it seemed to jump between 9 and 6 for a bit but has now relaxed on 6), FSB is 266.7 mhz at the moment, i can't remember the original but i think it's different too. I last checked CPU-Z last week and it seemed to be giving the right values, just before opening it this time i downloaded and ran SuperPi. Any idea why this has happened?
[EDIT] Just tried running Counter-Strike Source and it still seems to be churning the same FPS, is this a CPU-Z problem maybe? Guess i should check the multiplier etc in the bios.

I tried running a CPU intensive program and it jumped back up, thanks for the information, at least i know it's nothing wrong with my kit. I'll disable these for now.
I guess the 200mhz was maybe a fail safe frequency the motherboard sets for when you have the host control on, but when it's off it just configures it automatically. Anyway i'll do some testing and stuff.
