Looking to upgrade at the end of May and seen the E8400's as a good chip to move on too. Although i've had no confirmation that's what i should do and why i'm making this thread.
I don't edit movies or pics that much, if ever, so find a Qcore a bit excessive.
My mobo can take the new 45mn chips and i thought the E8400 at £150 would be a wise move, especially if i can get £50 for my E6600.
I use my computer for games mainly, and i've not a massive overclocker, in fact the 3.2 on my E6600 was my 1st time, i'm hoping for an easy ride on this one as well. 4ghz mark sounds tasty, is it easy as they say to achieve?
