I thought this would be easy  .

E6600 @ 3.2ghz
2GB OCZ Platinum @ 400mhz 5-5-5-15(spd)
650w Coolermaster extreme
P5B Deluxe @ 400mhz FSB

If I run Prime95 it errors after a while.. somtimes 1-2 mins sometimes 1-2 hours, seems fine with everything at stock (as I would expect), temps seem ok at 3.2ghz (55-60 max in TAT), I have raised voltage a little 1.28-1.32v, still no joy, I really dont know what could be causing this.. I thought this was quite a conserative overclock?.

:(

Any ideas or is it just a case of slowly raising FSB etc.. I'm not sure but CPU-Z says this P5B is "revision C1" is that the older one?.

All Intel based boards undervolt, so you may need 1.35-1.375v to get stable at 3.2Ghz, 1.4v at most.

If you run your E6600 @ 356x9 try 1.325Vcore. & raise the Ram Voltage to 2.1v.

See what that gives you.

Im not too familiar with your mobo, but you may want to raise the MCH if you can

Check that there isnt an fsb hole, which i got at around 400 fsb, i bumped it up another 5-10 and seemed to pick up ok then, Also i bumped my cpu volts to 1.45 and that helped a great deal. I advise leave the fsb where it is now and put your cpu voltage to 1.4 and try again.

Ok I'll give it a whirl overnight, hope it doesn't get too hot.
