e6700 temps

hey guys currently testing my e6700 @ 3.42 ghz using 1.5250 vcore, i thought this was abit high, currently 6hours orthos stable and counting highest temp so far has been 67c which i'm happy with.

was wondering what volts people are using to achieve similar results?

Have you tried lower or have you just jumped straight in with them volts.

I would start at 1.35v and work up.

my e6700 is running at 3.3ghz and its running at stock volatges what ever that is lol . your voltage does seem rather high.

temperature wise its not been over 50c using my arctic pro 7 cooler at 50% fan speed normally idles around 34c

well vcore is ok as long as the temps dont get too much higher, would try and see if it is stable at a lower vcore however

yeah i've ran orthos and was only stable at these volts, i get no boot under 1.48 vcore, i'm also using an artic7 max load temp was 67c which i'm happy with, idle temp is 30-32c

i could reach 3.250ghz at stock volts but anything above that need a very big bump in vcore!(as you can see)
