what speed of memory should you use with the E6750?

and would the GA-G33M-DS2R be ok with that cpu?
 
thanks Cob so if i buy DDR2 - PC2-6400 it should run fine with it?
or would you get then next speed up?

im not gonna be overclocking it

also would the E6600 be better than the E6700?
