E6750 Temperatures

I'm wondering if these are good temperatures for a E6750@stock with a Tuniq Tower 120 cooler.

Full- Prime95

I don't know, but they seem a little high for stock. Also, can someone tell me what each of these reading represents? Thanks

Looks ok, remember the ambient is quite high at the moment because of the weather.
