Hello i tried my first overclock yesterday by raising fsb to 300 and leaving DRAM frequency on auto. After i logged in i looked at cpuz and it said ram was 1:1 ratio (as it should be?), i then ran prime95 and it gives an error after roughly 1min saying HARDWARE FAILURE shortly after the screen will go all fuzzy for a second and it will reboot. So i set defaults, logged back in and Whocrashed says ati driver caused crash. Anyone can help?

It's the terrible board. Frankenstein boards such as yours appear at first to be good value for money and offer a strange upgrade route but in reality they suck. Either replace the board with a secon hand P35/P43/P45 board or make do until you can afford to replace the lot.
