E7300 Overclock

I'm thinking of this processer and 4Gb OCZ gold memory (hopefully 8Gb when I get some money) for a new comp but only if it has a good overclock can someone tell me what speed it would go to on a stock cooler for a Shuttle SP35P2 and what would be the best for the memory aswell as how to do it? Thanks

You can hit 4ghz with a 7300... Not sure if that shuttle is capable of the FSB needed... But I did hig a 350FSB with an old P4 (from 200FSB).

I'd edge your bets and say 4 is possible.
