e7500 cpu cooler help o/c newb

hi all im putting together a new system im looking to overclock for the first time im a bit stuck on what cpu cooler to use i would like as quiet and cool as possible budget max £70 what can anyone recommend thanx for any help
so far i have
storm scout case
asus p5q pro turbo mb
e7500 cpu
OCZ 4GB Kit (2x2GB) DDR2 1066MHz/PC2-8500 Reaper Memory HPC Edition Dual Channel memory
850w mod psu

This bad boy as long as it fits in your case & is compatible with your mobo. Then you'll need a decent 120mm fan, maybe a Scythe S-Flex 1600RPM jobby.

thanx is the Scythe S-Flex 1600RPM a quiet fan and does anybody know if this will fit in a storm scout case as im still waiting for delivery on the case cheers
