Not seen any OCUK'ers clocks on this yet. Maybe I missed it in the official thread, but after wading through I only remember the 8400 and 8500 being mentioned.

Anyone got one here? And if so, what are you getting?

yeah i would also like to know!

looking for a slightly cheaper option, but if it can reach the 4GHz mark then  i'll know my next cpu :D

There was mention in the official thread that some site or other got one to 4.7Ghz? Probably under mental cooling or conditions though.

It'd be nice to hear from OCUK'ers with the chip.

The guys over at XS are getting excellent clocks with the 8200 and G33 based motherboards. That is where the 4.7Ghz clock came from. Highest clocks are on water.

yes with w/c getting 2.9 with not much effort in the bios, however am very new to intels as i have had amds before so still adapting to the new bios on the ocuk pro 775 board will post more results soon. but i am struggling to clear 3ghz at present for now am putting it down to my lack of knowledge on the way to overclcok intels

I've managed to get this stable so far.

I can get 4ghz but i think my ram is letting me down.

You could try slackening your RAM timings in the bios a bit. 5-5-5-15 is what my OCZ runs at full tilt. Not sure what you should set them to, to be honest, as I'm still a DDR2 noob ;)
