E8200 - Worth it?

Just doing some provionsal specking up.

Finally managed to tell myself I DO NOT NEED A QUAD But with these new 45nm's out Im now not sure if its worth getting one.

Dont want to spend too much money so I'd go for E8200. So, well is it worth it?

Would naturally overclock it to buggery

So thoughts - Worth it? Or should I save my money and get a E2200 and clock the panties off it?

Generally usage - Occasionaly heavy tasks (encoding, heavy multitasking) and of course I'll be bashing it with plenty of games.

I was just making the point I want something with enough grunt to do some light encoding - No more than an hour or two a week.

Hmm, Just sounds a little overkill thats all!

Well we will see, depends might be able to source me a E6300/975x/4gb/X1900XT rig for a stupidly small amount of money.
