This one is for a friend,

He's getting an E8400 and wants to overclock using a AC Pro7 and some Arctic Silver Thermal paste, anybody know what sorts of OC we're looking at with this combination?

By the way, one other question slightly off track here, his motherboard says it supports the 1600MHz FSB (he has the P35-DS3 Gigabyte like me :D) but does this mean this is the max it can possibly go?
 
Don't know if i worded it right, but it says 1600MHz by Overclock! Sos for not wording it correctly!

Also says memory 1200MHz by overclock!

Does what you say still apply?
