Ive got the xfx 780i and 4gb 1066 ddr2 ram.. comp hits all 7's on the new windows 7 experience apart from my harddrive.. neway heres cpu-z stats encase these help too.. been so long since i been tweaking ^^

Would need to know your motherboard to have any chance of guessing

What's wrong with setting it to 1.2V then increasing as required as you increase the fsb? Its a lot surer and probably a lot quicker than us trying to guess what settings will be stable for you

The 780i chipest lowers the cpu speed when it's not needed to reduce the power and heat created, my msi p7n does this too.
If you want to keep it at 4ghz you have to disable D.O.T

I had a fully stable 4ghz overclock that reached max 60 degress on 1.3625(Intels recommended max volts in bios for e8400) over 24hrs stable prime.

I tried lesser volts but it would not stabilize at all and some people require 1.4v+ for 4ghz so guessing it depends on the chip but 1.3625 is a good place to start if its stable try lower and if its not try higher.
