ok so all sudden my temp readings are messed up, core temp says like 26 degree's and bios says like -57 so neither is correct it used to be fine, was around 38 degrees and never had ne problems, all other device temp readings are still fine aswell.. so im guessing it either bios update needed or my temp reader is f'ed up, i have xfx 780i mobo so runs pheonix award bios.. any idea's??? oh and the core temps readings do adjust properly (raise up under load...) i tested that

Def a strange one, only thing I can think off is try a CMOS reset just in case the BIOS has gone on strike.

tried it but i didn work =[ i think its cos i ran cpu overclock with too low voltage and my comp bluescreened.. i assumed it was a dll prob the first time so i didn change ntin n it did it again... im now runnin at default settings... will probs overclock it in future but not till i know some good settings for it that are no way gna mess it up agen lol

bios update maybe? or dodgy sensors?
one of mine says -128 degrees constantly so ive either dropped some liquid nitrogen in my case or some random sensor is just being a spaz :p

yer i thought that may be bios update so updated n now my bios reads it as 37 degrees wich is right but coretemp is still around 27 at idle?? cud this be right? =S
