Anyone else had to deal with an issue with their EA account or any particular game before?

I received an email from EA stating that I had violated their terms of service regarding FIFA15, checked the links in the email and checked my fifa account and it does appear that I'm blocked from logging into fifa, so with it all my account progress (which continues across games in terms of levels) is gone.

I emailed their account disputes email two weeks ago and never received a response.....does anyone here have any experience of this or is there a better way to contact this useless company?

This is the email i received, titled "Information about your FIFA 15"
Dear Customer,
We are contacting you to notify you that we have found your FIFA 15 account, to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
You may violate the Terms of Service if, as determined by EA in its sole discretion, you:
Promote, encourage or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items.
Due to the above we have permanently blocked your access to your Origin account.
Account closure is reserved for the most serious breaches of our Terms of Service, but can also be applied in cases where an account has accumulated a number of violations over a period of time.
Should you wish to review our Terms of Service they can be found here:
http://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC/
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Yours sincerely,
EA Terms of Service
Note: If you feel you have received this account closure in error, please contact us at [email protected]

Is that link legit? I'm only assuming this is legit due to my fifa not logging in anymore.

Why wouldn't you just talk to someone on Origin in real-time? They are really good.

Honestly didn't even know you could do that, i only own two games on origin and use it very rarely for anything more than opening just to load up those two games :p

This might be of some help

Did you check your junk mail? Seems the reply comes from a noreply@ email. Maybe your spam filter blocked it?

Really handy link, thank you!

Nice to see the email bothered to highlights those requirements, good job again EA.

EDIT: Lol thank you athlonxp1800 as well, not sure how i missed your comment initially!
