I think he means the box is blank with no licence to actually read. Is it possible something is blocking the download of the licence terms?

If you want to use it then yes, you have no choice than to accept it by ticking the box as the 'OK' is greyed out lol

It really says "you agree to be used in Human Cent-iPad experiments" but it's in white coloured text. You didn't hear it from me though.
