Did anyone grab this? Its a fantastic game, much improved. The achievements are great as well, similar to NBA2K6, although perhaps not as easy.

If anyone fancies a game later tonight, or tomorrow, add me (metalface mark) for 360.
 
I've bought and played them for the last 2 years but decided not to bother this year. The trouble being once people have raped all the points by sticking the cpu's on easy or simming they never go back to it again.

I loved 2k6 but there was never anyone who wanted a game after taking the points. Sure there are loads of yanks but I could never find that many Brits to play.

The same is true for both Hockey games and the both Basketball games.

The 2ksports hockey game was excellent on live, I preferred it to even pro evo but there was never anyone with it :(

Edit, the other reason to hold off on these is within a few weeks they are about £17 :)
 
Its amazingly bette rthan NBA Live 07 which was a stupidly overpaced forgettable game, i'm enjoying it so far :)

I have NBA 2k7 and the 2k8 demo which are both very solid, live 08 feels good, but at the end of the day its a b-ball season warm up for me until 2k8 is out.

Good game though, so nice to see the Live franchise get a better name after last years atrocity!
 
I think it knocks socks off the NBA2k8 demo this year, I actually cannot fault it and find anything wrong with it at all, out of Fifa, Madden, NHL and Tiger Woods, (i own them all), this one is the most polished of the EA sports games this year.
 
Just had more of a play the last few days, and am now totally in favour of NBA Live or NBA2K8, which surprised me, as i loved NBA2K7, anyone else playing? feel free to throw me an add, have added you mark :)
