EA/Origin cant change email address

Hey guys, trying to change the email address that is linked with my Origin account but I'm having some trouble. Basically I'm going to www.ea.com/profile and selecting update info. I type in my new email and select save but nothing happens. The save button doesn't respond but it does when I type by password in wrong or don't make any changes.

Anyone had this issue?
 
I had huge problems trying to link my Origin and Bioware accounts for ME3, EA support were useless and they said there was no way for the link to be made, so the large amount of BW points I had could not be used for ME3 DLC purchases on Origin. :mad:
 
Really annoying, the same process took about 15 seconds on Steam. I've noticed that people are having similar problems and they've all be very recently 26-12-12 up until now so hopefully it's something that'll get fixed.

I have a hard time navigating their site. I was trying to find some sort of live chat as I remember using it when Dragon Age released but couldn't find it anywhere. Also some buttons don't seem to respond like select product > origin > go > nothing happens. Tried another browser but same thing.
 
EA / Origin have had a lot of people being hacked recently, people trying to obtain peoples accounts so they can get their Ultimate team coins (which sell for real life cash) so they make it very difficult to switch emails and personal details now.
