What a Joke!!!

I can't do it on the site, it's not working. So I'm in the help chat. The guy I'm chatting to is giving me unspecific instructions on how to submit information on my unplayed Ultimate team from which I have only played the demo (as my DOB was inputted incorrectly on the site - and according to him cannot be changed)

I have given him the codes to all my bought games, but as I bought Fifa 12 with Paypal I have to go through this hassle.

Now I have some unknown DOB I can never change. GRRR.....

Has anyone else had this problem?

The amount of emails and time wasted because of EA accounts and Origin accounts. It's redicolous, I tend to stay far away from EA where I can. So many improvements they need to make... Fifa UT & BF3... some examples.

I was tempted to say "stick your EA account" but I have bought games and playing FIFA is a must.

They way the staff was chatting me to the chat room lacked any sort of specificity.
