EA useless once again

Hey guys, yesterday i reinstalled BF4 which i uninstalled a few months ago. I fancied playing it again. Before I uninstalled I had china rising & Second assault. Now this time i have installed the game, china rising is there but no second assault.... So i tried Google to see if there was a fix and found a regedit fix to add xpack0 and make it true, but I already had that. So then I did what I hate doing, going into EA live chat, so after 65 minutes waiting for one of the idiots I finally got through. I explained everything and asked him why this had happened.... He then says give me a few minute which I say thanks. So 25 minutes later he comes back and says " We have checked your game and you have NEVER had second assault activated on it ".. So after telling him he was wrong as they always are, he just wouldn't listed.
Time and time again these tools never change, I would love to know which primary school they pick the employees from. I'm sure there is a simple fix for this which I must have missed, but then again it is EA.

Does anyone have any ideas on this guys?, due a format soon which I might try sooner rather than later. I keep telling myself to stop buying the Beta games that EA release, and I think BF4 may have been the last.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks

Ive checked my emails and can't find it. The DLC is even downloaded and in the BF4 update folder, the maps are there but origin isnt recognising them.

Sorry for late reply guys, I bought the key from either Cjs or G2play, but I used my Ex's bank card. I never set up an email I don't think either. I never buy direct from Origin. Can't believe this has happened.

Just uninstalled origin and removed everything. If this doesnt work ill format

Reinstalling Origin never worked, so a format tonight it is. I can only think a reg cleaner like ccleaner that I use had deleted something. But something tells me this can only happen with EA.

dreigns its not showing up as ive even bought it, Divine when i bought this i wasnt even signed in to an account I don't think. I have the DLC in the registry showing its been installed before and have achievement you get from using that DLC. Nightmare.

Just going through all my old emails again to try and find it. and checking on cjs and g2play. Maybe i bought it from one of the other sites, i will find it arghhh

I found the key, it was G2play, tried to activate it again and its saying its been used?

Ok finally I got this sorted, and it was as expected in the end. EA could see on the account that the code I gave them had activated the DLC months back, and they could also see that someone had removed it at there end 3 weeks ago!. They apologized and where unable to explain it, in the end they added the Naval DLC which I never had to say sorry, and reactivated the second assault. Nightmare over lol. Thanks for help and advice guys.
