I'm upgrading from my Senheisser PX100s as I want to shut out the noise of the tube. I've narrowed my search down to three models around the £60 mark but I don't know which to choose! Currently I'm looking at:

Etymotic ER-6i
Shure SE110
Sennheiser CX500

At the moment I'm leaning towards the Etmotics but I've heard good things about Shure and my Senheissers have been great for the price I paid! Any other suggestions would be welcome!

I purchased shure e2c's just under 2yrs ago, found them really good value and sound quality was excellent, recently they developed a fault, i phoned shure, they gave me an RMA number, sent them back and 2 days later i recieved a set of SE110's, very good build quality and sound quality is as good as the e2c's.

Id go with them IMHO

Sorry to hijack the thread but how good is the fit? I mean, I've tried the Ultimate Ears Metro.Fi and they are BIG! I mean it hardly fit in my ear.

I used the CX300 and then subsequently upgraded to the Mylar Crossroads XB - both bass driven IEMs, any idea how it is compared to the SE110? Interested :)

I've just ordered a Goldring GX200, heard and read a good few reviews and from the positives, they seem like a good step up the CX300 / Mylar Crossroads XB IEMs...

Can be had for under £45inc

I know the PX100 is abit bassy and the GX200 is supposedly (clear / warm) bassy and very good midrange with decent highs. Will get back on that when I get the item and get it burnt in.
