my friend just upgraded some parts of his pc 'cpu,mobo,ram' now im not all that great on computers i think it may be a heat or memory issue.
when he stress's his pc by playing games such as call of duty 4, Grid etc his computer freezes and blue screens, resulting in him having to restart.. his current spec is.

tell him to buy a mouse mat! Wont solve that particular problem but would be helpful!

Your friend should run orthos for tress test before paying game. Have to run Orthos until the system stable then you much enjoy your game. Tell more about like: how long the pc on for before its freeze? Does your friend o.c?...Most of the board won't overvolt your ram.
